Our Investment Criteria
We focus on control or significant minority investments in middle-market companies generating $10–30 million in EBITDA. Our approach is industry-agnostic, targeting businesses with strong fundamentals, resilient cash flows, and opportunities for transformational growth.

Our Founders
Greg Stevenson
Founder & Managing Partner
Greg began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions. He later joined Apollo Capital Partners, focusin on investments in the business services sector. Greg went on serve in Goldman Sachs’ Private Investment Area. He holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Ashley Erb
Operating Partner
Ashley began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London, before joining Goldman Sachs’ Private Investment Area. She later founded Ruby, a company specializing in personalization software. Ashley holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from UC Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Stanford University.
